These terms are an agreement between you and Deepak Kumar ("we", "us") covering the Pepstack iPhone app and this website. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
The most important part
Pepstack is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is a scheduling and reference tool for over-the-counter supplements.
Pepstack does not calculate doses. Every amount it displays is read from a published source — an NIH Office of Dietary Supplements reference intake, or the ingredient panel a manufacturer filed for that product. Nothing is computed from your age, weight or answers.
You are responsible for what you choose to take. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting anything, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a diagnosed condition, or take prescription medication. Supplements can interact with medicines.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 — or older, where the law of the country you live in sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services — and able to enter a binding agreement. In much of the EU and the UK that age is 16. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
What the app actually does
You answer a short questionnaire and choose from seven goals. Pepstack returns a list of over-the-counter supplement products from a fixed catalogue, and places them into a daily schedule built around the wake, sleep and meal times you provide, spacing them according to documented absorption interactions between ingredients. You mark doses as taken and it tracks your adherence.
It also carries a reference library of research citations and an AI assistant that answers questions from that library.
What it deliberately does not do
- It contains no prescription medications.
- It does not calculate a dose from your personal details.
- It does not recommend, rank, dose or schedule peptides. Peptides appear in the app as reference material only — a description and links to research, with no amounts and no timing. This limit is enforced in the database, on the server and in the interface, and it applies to the AI assistant too.
- It shows no advertising and does not track you across other apps or sites.
The AI assistant
The assistant is automated software, not a person and not a healthcare professional. Its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and you should not act on them without checking. It carries a standing "general information, not medical advice" notice for that reason.
- It answers only from Pepstack's own research library. If the library holds nothing relevant, it says so rather than filling the gap from general knowledge.
- Every citation it gives is checked against the database before you see it, so it cannot invent a paper.
- It may discuss and rank vitamins, minerals and other over-the-counter supplements. It will not rank, dose or advise on peptides, and refuses to.
- If you mention pregnancy, breastfeeding, a diagnosed condition or a prescription medication, it will decline to give amounts and point you to a clinician.
- You can report any answer. The question and answer are then stored so they can be reviewed.
Use is rate limited to 20 messages an hour and 200 a day. Lower limits apply during the demo described under Subscriptions. The limits in force are shown in the app. Limits exist to keep the service usable and affordable, and may be adjusted.
Your account and your content
Progress notes, measurements and photos you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you inside the app — nothing more. We do not publish them, share them, or use them to train anything. See the Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deletion is immediate and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Pepstack to make decisions for someone else's medical care.
- Do not upload content that is not yours, or that is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to extract the catalogue or research library in bulk, scrape the service, or work around rate limits.
- Do not attempt to bypass the restrictions on peptide dosing, or manipulate the assistant into giving amounts it is built to withhold.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
Subscriptions
Using PepstackAI requires an active subscription. A new account gets a one-time demo lasting 14 days, with a reduced set of features. The demo runs once per account, it does not renew, and there is no permanent free version of the app.
You can subscribe inside the app through Apple's in-app purchase. On the web, in the United States, you can instead pay by card on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. The card route is not offered inside the iOS app, because Apple requires in-app purchase for digital subscriptions. The two routes give the same access; what differs is who bills you, who you ask for a refund, and where you cancel.

The price shown at the moment you purchase is the one that applies. Prices vary by country and Apple may convert them into local currency, so the figures above are the US prices and are indicative elsewhere. Card payment is offered on the US storefront only.
How renewal works — bought in the app
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price for your plan.
- Manage the subscription, or turn auto-renew off, in your Apple Account settings after purchase. That is the only place it can be cancelled — we cannot cancel it for you.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. The period you have already paid for runs to its end, and access continues until then.
How renewal works — paid by card
- Payment is charged to the card you gave Stripe when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the then-current price, until you cancel it.
- Cancel by emailing us at the address at the foot of this page. Cancelling stops the next charge; the period you have already paid for runs to its end and access continues until then.
- Apple cannot cancel or refund a card payment, because Apple never took it. Do not go to Apple for a subscription you bought by card.
Billing, refunds and restoring
- For a subscription bought in the app, Apple handles all billing, renewal and refunds. We never see your card details and cannot take, change or reverse a payment.
- For a subscription paid by card, Stripe processes the payment on our behalf and we are the merchant of record. We never see or store your card number. Refund requests come to us, at the address at the foot of this page, and we decide them.
- Where Apple took the payment, refunds are Apple's to grant, under Apple's policies. Those requests go to Apple, not to us.
- Restore Purchases is available in the app if you reinstall it or move to a new device, provided you use the same Apple Account. A card subscription is attached to your Pepstack account instead, so signing in restores it on any device.
- When the demo ends, or a subscription lapses, is cancelled or fails to renew, access to the app ends. Your stack, your schedule and your history are retained, not deleted, and are there again when you subscribe.
Changes to price or plan
If a price rises, Apple will tell you and, where their rules require it, ask you to consent before the next renewal is taken. If you paid by card we will email you before a higher price is charged. Either way, if you do not agree, cancel before that renewal. The limits that apply during the demo may change; the limits in force are shown in the app.
Where the information comes from
- Product data — the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database: brand, product name, form and the filed ingredient panel, with a link to the original filing.
- Reference intakes — NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets.
- Research citations — PubMed, via the NCBI E-utilities API. Titles, journals, years and links.
These sources are cited as published. We do not verify manufacturers' filings, and a product appearing in the catalogue is not a statement that its label is accurate.
Brand names
The catalogue names commercial products by brand so you can identify what you already own. This is factual reference use. No brand logos are used, and naming a product is not a claim that its manufacturer endorses or sponsors Pepstack. All trade marks belong to their owners.
Our own material
The app's design, copy, illustration and code are ours, and are licensed to you for personal use of the app only. Do not copy or redistribute them.
Affiliate links
Some of the links in Pepstack are affiliate links, including links on the Discover screen. If you follow one and buy something, the retailer may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra — you pay the retailer's normal price.
This is disclosed because you are entitled to know when the person recommending something stands to be paid, and because US law requires it to be made clear.
- We are not the seller. Any purchase is between you and the retailer. Their terms, prices, availability, delivery and returns apply — not ours. We cannot refund, cancel or chase an order made on another company's site.
- We do not control retailer prices, stock or listing accuracy, and a price or product detail shown in Pepstack may be out of date by the time you tap through.
- Commission does not decide what is recommended. What appears, and in what order, is decided by the evidence and by your goal, not by which retailer pays best.
- Being paid a commission does not make a product safe, effective, or right for you. Everything said above about medical advice still applies.
Disclaimers
Pepstack is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the information in it is complete, accurate or current, that scheduling suits your circumstances, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. No claim of clinical validation is made, and no healthcare professional has reviewed the content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from a decision you made about what to take. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Ending it
You may stop using Pepstack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if the service is discontinued. If it is discontinued you will be given notice and an opportunity to export or delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
Changes
If these terms change materially you will be told in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Pepstack after that means accepting the new version.
