Pepstack on an iPhone, showing the Today screen: a week strip, an arc reading two left today, and a schedule of collagen at 8:00, omega-3 at 1:00 and copper with zinc at 9:00.

Every suggestion has a paper behind it.

Each recommendation links to the studies it came from, so you can read the thing itself rather than take our word for it. When the evidence is thin, the app says so instead of hiding it. Discover is where you read them.

Stacked tiles, one per ingredient reviewed.

Ingredients reviewed, including the ones that did not make the cut.

Six goal tiles: energy, immunity, sleep, training, skin and hair, and focus.

Goals covered at launch, each with its own sourced list.

The Home screen: a week strip, an arc reading two left today, and a schedule listing collagen peptides at 8:00, omega-3 at 1:00 and copper with zinc at 9:00.
The Discover screen: a search for a copper and zinc supplement, the paper behind it with its author and date, and a list of further studies.

What changes when you stop guessing.

Without it

  • Nine bottles on the shelf, half untouched.
  • Advice from a Reddit thread at midnight.
  • No idea whether the timing actually matters.
  • Three weeks of consistency, then nothing.

With Pepstack

  • Three things, and what got left out.
  • Every suggestion links to the paper behind it.
  • Each one gets a time, built around your day.
  • One screen showing what is left today.
When does it launch?

The first version is close. Everyone on the list gets it before it reaches the App Store.

What will it cost?

It is a paid app, billed yearly. Anyone on the waitlist keeps the founding price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Does it sell supplements?

No. There is no shop, no affiliate links, and nothing is ranked because somebody paid for it. If the honest answer is that you do not need a fourth thing, that is the answer you get.

iPhone only, or Android too?

iPhone first. Android depends on how the first version goes.

Where does my data go?

Your schedule stays on your device. Nothing is sold, and there are no ads.

Who made this?

One person. I spent two years getting my own timing wrong and could not find anything that just told me what to take and when.

Get it before everyone else.
